stitches

i had some minor surgery done. besides being a bit traumatic, i learned that stitches right here on your lower back aren’t in a very good spot. almost everything you do you stretch the skin in that area. and now i’ve had them out today..i reached down for some laundry and i felt a POP and pain and blood..the inscision opened up. GROSS.
