it is summer and as far as television goes, i don’t really watch any of the reality teevee crap, but boy oh boy do i get into sundays, mostly because of HBO and sex & the city, six feet under, america undercover & project greenlight. but one OUTSTANDING mention has to go to LAW & ORDER CRIME AND PUNISHMENT, the series of ACTUAL cases being tried. i watched every episode of this last summer and i can say that i am THROUGHLY hooked on this show. nothing makes me feel more tense and stressed out and aggrivated than this show. i love it, i yell at the teevee i rally for the defandants i get tense for the verdict, i freak out at the sentancing. i tell you this is good teevee. if it makes me yell and rally with the teevee it has to be good.

my other obsession is project greenlight. this is the second one they are doing. you watch ONE episode of this show and you are hooked, there is no escaping. it is just like VH-1’s blaze of a hit BANDS ON THE RUN which i think they should desparatley bring back. i think the major thing here is CONFLICT, when there is conflict and confrontation i am hooked hopelessly.

zander is a smiling machine this weekend. he smiled at me three times tonight and we had a lovley conversation about wiggling his “piggies” in the cool grass. he’s 16 weeks old and just as cute as ever.

this year on july 3rd will be our third annual OUTING to the chicago fireworks. my friends jimmy and joy have started doing this 3 years ago and we get very excited. there is nothing like being downtown and seeing 1 million plus people dispearse in the Loop.  i do not have to work on the 4th as planned and there will be some festivites yet to be planned at the house. the trip to vegas is now just a matter of 2 weeks away. eeegads!
