oh what a happy day.
the sun came out and we celebrated the new baby! there’s nothing like a baby. you know even tho i keep saying i am BORN to be an AUNTIE and NOT a MOTHER...there is still nothing like a little tiny baby to make everything better. you see babies in the hospital nursery that aren’t even yours and somehow as you sit there peering at them everything just seems better, because they are so tiny and cute and happy. when i start to feel a little sad that i can’t see my new nephew yet, and i get a little sick of hearing about the baby or dealing with pictures....i just think of the video i watched. my dad took some video the other day when Alexzander graduated to a crib/box type thing in the neo-natal ICU...this is one last step before release. and while eating pizza and watching his dad, adam change his first diaper when he picked up the baby’s little feet and you see his little butt..you think dang. there just isn’t anything cuter than a little baby’s butt! awwwwwwww!

i had a picture taken of me and nat that is NOT blurry for once. and i haven’t had a recent picture of myself taken in awhile.
